Esta herramienta le ofrece la oportunidad de seguir la evolución del consumo de energía y agua en su hotel, y compararla con otros hoteles en la Comunidad (“benchmarking”).
De esta forma, dispondrá de información básica para estructurar la política energética de su hotel. Asimismo, podrá comprobar el efecto de la implantación de medidas de ahorro de energía y agua, en cuanto a la reducción de gastos y a la mejora de su posición competitiva.

Welcome to Benchotelmark Madrid, the Hotel Energy Management Tool for the Madrid Autonomous Community.
This tool offers you the opportunity to follow the evolution of energy and water consumption in your hotel, and to benchmark this with other hotels in Madrid. This will provide you with the basic information you need to structure the energy efficiency policy for your hotel.
Additionally, you will be able to track the effects of the implementation of the energy and water saving actions with respect to cost reduction and the performance of similar hotels.
